Connecting Inner Power With Global Change: The Fractal Ladder

This soon to be released book proposes that we live in a conscious, purposeful, progressive, fractal-based world-system.
This proposal has been developed through observation of progress across many distinct organizational entities, ranging from an idea, to a person, to a corporation, to a market, to planet earth herself, each an instance of a more complex organizational entity. The trajectory of progress that in the end is found to be inevitable, regardless of the type of organization being considered, is one and the same across organization. Hence, the same trajectory or pattern, repeating itself on different scale, from the micro to the macro, suggests that it may be a fractal. The book explores this possibility to conclude that this is indeed the case.
Further, through analyzing the components of the fractal it isolates building-blocks, that like DNA, when combined together in certain sequences, creates the reality of the resultant organization. The book proposes that there is one particular sequence, however, that results in progress, and that this sequence is the same regardless of type or complexity of organization.
The book suggests that the ubiquitous fractal for progress is an essential shift in orientation from a primarily physical-vital to a primarily mental-intuitional way of being. The journey through a primarily physical to vital to mental way of being is observed in many different kinds of organizations, in spite of tremendous opposition to this passage, and in many instances, almost even automatically. The fact that there is the progress in spite of such opposition, that progress of this nature is observed all over the world in every kind of field, that it happens through leveraging the right circumstances and instruments – hence implying incredible awareness, that the opportunity for progress even exists in the first place as opposed to an as real alternative of uncaring aloofness, in other words, that the nature of progress is almost as though ‘omnipotent’, ‘omnipresent’, ‘omniscient’, and ‘omnnicaring’ or ‘omniloving’ in the scheme of things, points to a possible fourfold reality that seems to be the abiding context of our world-system. In fact, in this analysis a personified Progress with which it may even be possible to enter into relationship, seems to emerge.
But none of this can be even remotely perceived so long as the anchor of consciousness is at the physical-vital side of the awareness. Such perception requires a shift to the mental-intuitional phase of the ubiquitous journey.
Our definitions and the meaning we have ascribed to common institutions of our life, whether of business, money, self, organization, world, amongst others, receive their stamp from the physical-vital orientation. When we shift to the mental-intuitional orientation however, marked by the possible reality of a fourfold abiding context, a personified Progress, and the existence of a Fractal Ladder (the fractal for progress), the definitions and meanings of these common institutions prove vastly inadequate and fall apart.
In a revised definition and meaning, the fourfold context, the personified Progress, the Fractal Ladder, and the very different ways to live in a world characterized by such reality, become part of the common institutions, whether of business, money, self, organization, world, amongst others. Hence the way we need to manage these institutions, and even address global symptoms, whether of financial crises, or climate change, needs to change radically. In the final analysis, hence, this book proposes nothing less than a sea-change in our definitions and notions of business, money, self, organization, and world. In so doing, it attempts to close the gap between the meaning we have ascribed to common institutions of our life, and the meaning that the truth of our reality seems to demand.
This book will be of interest to a spectrum of people concerned with the future of business, organizations, and our world.

[...] 5. In my opinion, these challenges are in fact the result/reaction of a purposeful, conscious, fractal-based world-system, that is insisting that economy, business, person cut to the chase and realize that big issues out there have their origin in small patterns in here at the level of the person (hence, a fractal). That is what I present in the book Connecting Inner Power with Global Change. [...]
